Paul's first instruction to Titus is to appoint elders to lead the church in each town. More important than organizing ways to gather more people is the raising up and empowering of leaders within the local body. But who should lead? Paul's criteria was character over skill. Older and Younger

As we begin looking at chapter 2 of Titus, we see Paul urge Titus to "promote the kind of living that reflects wholesome teaching." This week we will look at the ways that age and gender demographics are each challenged. Gospel truth leads to godly living. Whether you are a man or a woman, older or younger, the gospel should be transforming and empowering us to love and invest in other generations.
Responding to Grace

The gospel is so powerful, that when we encounter it, it demands a response. This message will look at what that response to grace should look like in the life of a believer.

Paul concludes his letter to Titus with an urgent call to not waste his limited opportunity to make a difference in this life. It is possible to exist, and even be active, yet not be fruitful. The gospel will produce in us a confidence of eternal comfort in the future that motivates us to live the most meaningful way today.
